Switching dialers without losing a day of production.
Price isn't what stops a dialer switch — fear of downtime is. Here's the exact process that moves your floor while it keeps dialing.
Day 0 → Go-Live
A typical migration runs two to four weeks depending on floor size and how many systems we're consolidating. Every phase overlaps with live production on your current dialer.
- Day 0
Discovery & invoice review
We start from your current dialer invoice and floor size, not a blank page. You get a dated migration outline and the switching math before anyone commits to anything.
- Days 1–3
Account build
Your DialGame.AI environment is provisioned and configured — users, roles, permissions, and reporting — while your current dialer keeps running untouched.
- Days 2–10
DID porting
We coordinate the port with your current carrier so your numbers — and their caller ID reputation — stay live through the transition. Fresh DialGame.AI DIDs (60 per agent, included) keep outbound production running while the port completes.
- Days 3–5
List migration
Lead lists move in stages — imported, organized, scrubbed, and assigned — so agents always have the right contacts at their fingertips from day one on the new floor.
- Days 4–7
Campaign, disposition & script rebuild
Campaigns, dispositions, scripts, and objection flash cards are rebuilt inside DialGame.AI to match how your floor already works — categorized, reportable, and on message.
- Week 2
Admin training
Managers learn the admin console, live dashboard, Dial Priority Studio, and gamification administration — the levers they'll use every day.
- Week 2
Agent training
Agents run through the five-part onboarding series — going Ready, the first call, the lead panel, the buyers bar, and the AI toolkit. Most reps are dialing confidently inside a day.
- Days 10–14
Parallel run
Both systems run side by side. New production shifts to DialGame.AI in stages while the old dialer stays warm as a safety net — production never stops to accommodate the switch.
- Go-Live
Cutover
With the parallel run clean, the remaining traffic cuts over and the old platform is retired. Your floor doesn't lose a day — most don't lose an hour.
Every objection, answered straight.
DID porting & number retention
Your phone numbers are part of your operation — your caller ID reputation and local presence live on them. They come with you.
We coordinate the port with your current carrier so numbers stay live through the transition. Your inbound lines, your outbound presence, and the numbers your customers already know keep working.
Contract overlap & timing the cutover
Most floors we talk to are still inside a contract with their current provider. That's normal — and it doesn't have to delay the conversation.
We'll map your renewal date, any early-termination exposure, and your real all-in cost against a DialGame.AI configuration, so you can see the math on switching now versus riding out the term. If waiting makes more sense, we'll tell you that. Either way, you leave the conversation with dated numbers instead of a guess.
Lead & recording data migration
Lead lists, dispositions, and campaign history move in staged batches — imported, organized, and verified before each batch goes live. Nothing your floor depends on gets left behind or dumped in unsorted.
Call recordings and QA history are exported from your current provider and attached to your DialGame.AI environment, so coaching and compliance records survive the move.
Agent training time
Agent onboarding is a five-video series your reps can finish between shifts — going Ready, the first call, the lead panel, the buyers bar, and the AI toolkit. Managers get a separate 15-part admin track.
The full library is public, so you can judge the onboarding burden for yourself before you ever talk to us.
Who does the work — you or us
We do. Account build, porting coordination, list migration, and the campaign/script rebuild are handled by the DialGame.AI onboarding team — your managers stay focused on the floor.
Your side of the table is small: a kickoff call, access to your current provider's exports, and people showing up to training. We bring the migration outline; you bring the floor.
What happens if it goes wrong
That's what the parallel run is for. Both systems stay live until DialGame.AI is carrying real production cleanly — if anything underperforms, traffic stays on the old dialer while we fix it. There's no cliff to jump off.
Cutover only happens after the parallel run proves out, and the old platform stays warm until you're confident. The worst case is a slower timeline, not a dead floor.
"I'll admit it—I was skeptical when management told us we were moving everyone off CallTools and onto DialGame.ai. Anytime you've spent years using one platform, change can be frustrating. But after getting our team up and running, I couldn't have been more wrong. The Daily AI Huddle gives me a clear game plan every morning, the AI Configuration Advisor has helped us fine-tune our campaigns, and the gamification features have completely changed the energy on the floor. Our agents are more engaged, coaching is easier, and production has improved. Looking back, I'm really glad we made the switch."

Send us a recent invoice from your current provider. We'll break it down line by line — seat fees, minute overages, DID charges, support tiers, add-ons — and show you what the same floor runs on DialGame.AI. No obligation, and your invoice stays confidential.
